Salwan Girls Sr Sec School has stepped into another exploration by introducing STEM experiential learning (robotics) in collaboration with Rockwell Automation with an aim to train our girls in creating projects in the field of electronics and robotics and utilizing them for the welfare of society. Rockwell Automation, is a leading U.S. industrial automation company, is committed to fostering STEM education.

The launch of this program was held on July 8th, 2024. The event featured Nancy Jackson, Deputy Assistant Secretary for South Asia at the U.S. State Department, as the guest of honor. Ms. Jackson, along with dignitaries from various agencies such as Amcham and India Stem Foundation graced the occasion of inauguration and had an engaging session with the young innovators showcasing their STEM projects.

Ms. Jackson’s praise for the students’ dedication and commitment to STEM exploration served as a powerful source of inspiration, further motivating them to pursue their passions in these fields.
