Assessments are a very important part of the learning process. However, to create joyous learning spaces, it is important to eliminate the pressure of a comparative performance.

The focus of the observations is an important developmental experience that should happen in the appropriate stages of learning and result in building existing strengths.

Promotion Policy (Classes XI-XII)

 

The following rules will be strictly adhered at the end of the academic year at the time of promotion from class XI to XII.

  • A Student must score atleast 33% in theory and practical separatelt to be promoted to class XII.
  • Compartment will not be given in more than one subject.
  • Compartment is granted provided the cumulative marks in that subject are between 25% and 33%.
    Important Guidelines
  • 75% attendance is mandatory for all classes. In case a student joins late due to late admission or on genuine medical grounds, her percentage will be calculated from the date of admission.
  • A warning letter will be issued to the student using unfair means during examination. Repetition of the same will result in suspension.
  • If  a student has joined the school in mid-session,she will be assessed on the basis of her performance in the exam she appeared for.
  • No student should be absent during Term End   Examination; in case of medical leave, a copy of medical certificate is compulsory.
  • In case a child is found using unfair means,zero(0) will be awarded to her at that time. No extra time will be given.
